Custom Towel Printing FAQs
What types of towels can be printed?
We print on bath towels, hand towels, beach towels, gym towels, and promotional towels in cotton, microfiber, and blended materials. Our printing methods ensure clean, vibrant results across different towel styles.
Can you print logos, names, or custom designs on towels?
Yes, we print business logos, team names, event branding, personal artwork, and custom designs on towels for promotions, gifts, hotels, gyms, spas, and sports teams.
What file formats should I submit for towel printing?
We accept DTF-ready PNG, PDF, EPS, CDR, AI, and high-resolution JPG files. High-resolution or vector artwork is recommended for the best print clarity and durability.
Can I bring my own towels for printing?
Yes, you may provide your own towels. We’ll review the fabric type and surface to ensure compatibility with our printing process and optimal results.
How durable are printed towels?
Our towel prints are designed to be fade-resistant and long-lasting, holding up well through frequent washing and everyday use.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Our towel silk screening services require a minimum order of 20 towels per design.
For smaller orders or designs with a high number of colors, we also offer DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, which is a great option for low quantities and detailed, full-color artwork.
Do you offer rush or same-day towel printing?
Yes, same-day and rush T-shirt printing services are available at Aaron Designs, located at 132 S. State Hwy 342, Red Oak, TX 75154.
We ask for 3–7 business days to process orders from the time the artwork is approved and the deposit has been made.
Rush and same-day service may be available depending on order size, artwork readiness, and production schedule. Contact us for current turnaround options. Please note that rush orders may be subject to a 25% rush fee.
