Our Shop Process: From Concept to Completion

Every project at Aaron’s Designs begins in our graphic design department, where ideas take shape. This is where the magic starts. Our team works closely with each customer to ensure every design is customized exactly to their vision. We also confirm that the artwork is optimized for the selected garment, ensuring the best possible print results.

Once the design is finalized, we move into pre-production, where the artwork is carefully separated by color. Each color in the design becomes its own individual component, allowing for precise and consistent printing. These separations are then transferred onto film and prepared for screen exposure.

During the screen exposure process, each film is placed onto a screen and set in the exposure unit. Light hardens the emulsion everywhere except where the design blocks it, ensuring that only the intended image will pass through the screen. Once exposed, the screens are rinsed, revealing the final stencil for printing.

With screens prepped, we move on to ink selection. Our team hand-selects inks to coordinate perfectly with the design and garment, ensuring accurate color and a polished final look.

Now comes the most exciting part press setup. Each screen is installed on the press and carefully aligned so that every color falls exactly where it should. We always perform test prints on scrap garments to fine-tune registration and color accuracy before moving into full production.

Once everything is dialed in, the press is brought up to speed. Each garment is printed and sent through our high-capacity dryers to properly cure the ink, ensuring durability and long-lasting wear.

Finally, the finished apparel is inspected, stacked, folded, and neatly boxed by our team ready to be presented to you exactly as envisioned.
